What You'll Do

Analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets to determine pro forma cash flow projections.

Read, understand and abstract commercial leases.

Organize and present Market data analysis, draw objective conclusions and make recommendations.

Create and present Excel Spreadsheet analysis.

Monitor and Analyze Market Conditions and Tenant Trends.

Utilize workflows and maintain clear communication throughout projects.

Assist in the Tracking of the Sales Agents data metrics.
Who You are
-
2+ Years of progressive analytical/finance experience including project management skills and a proven ability to work across functions within an organization.

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with an emphasis on Excel Financial Modeling Capabilities.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Experience, knowledge and understanding of Commercial Real Estate Brokerage

Excellent problem solving skills.

Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related major such as Real Estate, Finance or Economics preferred.
